Seeking Peace Counseling, LLC.

My name is Megan Dami, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been practicing in the field for the past 6 years as a counselor but have been working in the field of mental health for well over the past decade in various settings. My practice, Seeking Peace Counseling, focuses on the individual and their own unique needs of finding peace through any life struggles or mental health issues that they are experiencing. By blending different theories and techniques (such as client-centered, CBT, and, psychodynamic, to name a few), my focus is to help you get to and maintain a healthier, more peaceful life, while trying to overcome life's obstacles and past traumas, obtain goals, and most importantly, feel heard and understood for what you are experiencing and who you are as a person. I provide in-person and virtual sessions, as well as equine-assisted psychotherapy as another helpful modality for individuals with trauma and other mental health issues.
